Emma had been with us a couple of years as bank staff before joining the team in the butterfly room in September 2014 where she was a Pre-School Assistant and Key Person. Emma took her NVQ3 qualification whilst working with us and first aid. Emma was promoted to the room leader for the Butterfly group.
