Come and discuss the problem with a member of staff and we will try to work with you towards a satisfactory solution. If you have a grievance or feel that you have cause to make a complaint in relation to the pre-school, please see the manager or contact the chair of the pre-school committee. If you then feel that your grievance has not been settled satisfactorily through discussion with either of the above, there is a complaints procedure as outlined in our policy document.
